Selection Chart - Proper chairmat selection depends on the overall thickness>of the existing carpet and padding, if any, and the weight of the person or persons using the Helping area to be covered:

Big Boss: The thickest mat you can buy! Suitable for plush, high pile or padded carpets up to 1" thick (including padding). Studded only.

 Big Boss .300" thick Top Brass: Is suitable for padded medium pile or high pile carpets without padding. Available studded or flat-backed. Top Brass .220"
<<<<<< Team Leader: .Is a "safe bet" for most medium pile carpet and virtually perfect for carpets up to 1/2" thick (including padding). Studded only.

<<<<< Money Maker: .Is the most best seller because it is ideal for most medium pile, commercial grade carpets with little or no padding. Available studded or flat-backed.       
Helping Hand: Designed for firm low pile carpeting without padding. Studded only. Helping Hand: An economical choice for firm, low profile carpet without padding. Available studded or flat-backed.

 

Lifetime Warranty 

Lifetime vinyl chairmats are warranted to be free from defects in Helpingmanship or material. Should a Lifetime vinyl chairmat break or crack under normal usage, the manufacturer will replace the chairmat with a like or similar product (or, at its option, refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase and upon return of a small piece of the defective mat to the factory with transportation charges prepaid by the customer to and from the factory.

Colors are subject to normal action of exposure to sunlight and are therefore not covered by this warranty. The use of metal chair casters or casters with surface contact of less than one-half inch (1/2") in width or use on painted or varnished surfaces voids this warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse prior to issuing any adjustment. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, which are expressly excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages.
