is a special anti-fatigue or comfort mat system engineered to address two common situations found in manufacturing facilities. Where oil and grease are used as lubricants in machinery, there is almost inevitably leaking and dripping that result in pooling of oil that can become dangerous slip and fall areas that, nowadays, are addressed by the use of sorbent pads. But, when such areas are located right where operators would normally stand to run their machines, they may end up standing for hours without the benefit of an anti-fatigue or comfort mat to protect their bodies from undue stress and exposure to the long-term detriments resulting from such an unnatural and physically punishing situation.

Oil Stopper Anti-Fatigue Rubber Mats with Disposable Sorbent Inserts are made from a 100% Nitrile rubber compound, which is highly resistant to oil, grease, chemicals and cutting fluids, and are shaped to offer both fatigue relief and to hold oil absorbent pads on their surfaces, which can be disposed of after they have reached their saturation point with oil and grease. Features and Benefits - DISCONTINUED
The rubber mat is available in three standard sizes and can be customized on-site to accomodate a wide range of workstation layouts. Sizes: 3' x 5', 3' x 10' and 3' x 15'
Molded beveled borders allow for safe and easy access on to and off of the mat, while its recessed surface acts as a tray that holds an oil absorbent disposable pad in place to capture oil and grease.
The top of the mat features a series of molded pin-like anchors that provide a gripper surface to augment the natural tack that rubber offers to help hold a sorbent pad in place.
The rubber mat is designed to accommodate 1/8" thick x 30" wide or 32" wide sorbent pads.
The rubber mats features a molded-in Orange Beveled Safety Nosing to make it safer to transition from the work floor on to the mat surface. The great difference in color alerts users that they are about to encounter a change in terrain.
The rubber base units can be used with disposable insert pads that have been precut to fit each of the three different rubber mat insert areas or pads can be cut on site from standard sized rolls to fit the rubber mats as required.
