Claims: No claims on unistalled goods will be entertained if presented more than two years from invoice date. Claims made on merchandise which has been cut or installed with visable defects will be considered only on the basis of an off goods allowance. No claims will be honored where wheeled equipment, such as desk chairs, has been used without protective chairmats. All justified wear claims in installation will be considered on a pro-rata basis over an anticipated five year life span (ten years in the case of wall installations). The limit of liability of The Mat King, a d/b/a of Jandru Mats, Inc. on any claim will be the invoice cost of goods involved in the claim. No claim will be considered for labor or handling. No merchandise may be returned without authorization in writing from The Mat King a d/b/a of Jandur Mats, Inc.
