Note: Brave New World Bamboo Flooring is available in
two major formats, i.e. 100% Solid Premium Bamboo
and Premium Engineered Bamboo. Both formats
are made from the Bamboo species known as Phyllostachys
Pubescens and are finished with Aluminum Oxide for added
durability. Both formats are provided with a Wear Warranty
of 25 Years and a Lifetime Structural Warranty. The differences
are that the 100% Solid Premium Bamboo
can be installed on grade and above grade where the Premium
Engineered Bamboo can also be installed below
grade. The 100% Solid Premium Bamboo
requires either a installation with nails, staples or
adhesive. The Premium Engineered Bamboo
is a Float-Installed floor requiring no adhesive or nailing.
Another difference is the type of edges of each product.
The 100% Solid Premium Bamboo features
Micro-Beveled Edges. The Premium Engineered Bamboo
is made with squared or cliff style edges. |
