Warranty: The Mat King Overall Athletic Products are guaranteed by the manufacturer against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year when used in the normal and usual manner. Seller’s and manufacturer's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at no cost to the buyer, any defective product. Written authorization for return must be given by seller to buyer before equipment is returned (freight pre-paid) for inspection. This shall be the exclusive remedy of buyer or user. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made for consequential, indirect injury or damages arising from an alleged failure of any of The Mat King Overall Athletic Products or equipment. Further, no other warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is made. The user assumes all risk of injury due to use. While all of The Mat King Overall Athletic Products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality to give maximum protection, neither The Mat King nor the manufacturer can guarantee freedom from injury.
