Constructed with tough EVA foam, the Interlocking Grappler and Judo Mats are durable, super resilient and will not absorb moisture or odors. They provide sure-footed support for stepping and kicking drills, yet absorb shock for jumping and falling drills. The non-slip surface increases safety for students and experienced participants.

The Interlocking Grappler and Judo Mats are offered in two distinct formulations:

1. For Full Body Throws, which feature a three-layer structure when the middle layer serves as an extra soft core to provide the kind of absorption appropriate to training involving full body throws.
2. For Standard Workouts that do not make use of potentially dangerous full body throws.

Please Note: It is imperative that the appropriate style matting be ordered for the type of program that will be practiced by all participants using the mats.

Helpful Hint: To determine the total number of mats required in a custom layout, divide the total number of square feet of the area to be covered by 11.09. The result is the total number of Interlocking Grappler and Judo Mats needed to accomplish the layout.
