Safe Spot Bonded Rubber Anti-Static Conductive
Modular Comfort Matting combines the superior durability
and ergonomic properties of Safe Spot Interlocking Rubber Electrostatic
Dissipative Mats with the flexibility of multiple widths and
lengths. Area designers and Space Planners can select from over
200 sizes to configure work areas without interlocks. The various
lengths and widths are made by chemically bonding the seams
from both the top and the bottom, creating sections which are
easy to install, providing attractive, durable, ergonomic and
safe ESD protected flooring for any size area. The larger sections
are then able to be connected with other sections to create
very specific floor plans. Once configured, the patented** interlocking
strip is designed to be cut away, leaving a clean, safe, and
finished edge. |

Rubber Anti-Static Conductive Modular Comfort Matting is manufactured
using 100% premium Nitrile butadiene rubber in dissipative and/or
conductive resistance range that are non-humidity dependent and
dimensionally stable. Durable high quality rubber provides superior
heat, chemical and wear resistance. Send floor layout for assistance
in obtaining optimum flooring layout configuration. This material
is sold by the linear foot, in your choice of five widths. Safe
Spot Bonded Rubber Anti-Static Conductive Modular Comfort Matting
exceeds the minimum recommended ESD protective flooring requirements
of ANSI/ESD S20.20 and EIA-625. Suitable for Flooring component
in Flooring - Footwear System when used as the primary grounding
method (<3.5 x 107ohms per ESD STM 97.1) |

Cleaning:
For optimum electrical performance, surface must be cleaned regularly
using an ESD mat cleaner. ESD Systems.com suggests using our Reztore?
Surface & Mat Cleaner Item #16031or Static-Wipes Item #16021.
Do not use cleaners with silicone. Silicone buildup will create
an insulative film on the surface.

is excluded from the requirements of M.S.D.S. as defined by OSHA
29 CFR Ch. XVII ?1910.1200.
