Specially designed to effectively seal off gravity flow of water and "lighter-than-water" liquids. Exceptionably flexible for use on different surfaces - gravel, sand, grass, asphalt and concrete. A proven safeguard in bulk oil terminals, gasoline stations, petroleum tank trucks, chemical plants, military installations, fire and emergency departments and much more. Precautionary protection against against accidental flooding of manholes, storm drains, interior drains, grates, vents, meters and cleanouts. Constructed of a proprietary elastomer core laminated to and abrasion-resistant cover. Color: High-visibility Orange.

Precautions for use:

1. Place Spilstopper Mat over drain before beginning oil transfer or similar operation.

2. Always use Spilstopper Mats wirth the ORANGE side facing UP.

3. Store Spilstopper Mats out of direct sunlight.

4. If contaminated, characterize and dispose of Spilstopper Mats in accordance with State and Federal law.

5. Clean Spilstopper Mats with soap and water or petrolium solvents. Do not use abrasives.

6. Make sure that each Spilstopper Mat extends at least two inches (2") beyond the edges of the drain it is being deployed to protect.
