The Department of Health and Human Services has declared a public health emergency in the United States in response to the rise in the number of confirmed cases reported of Swine Influenza (H1N1).

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) explains that “Swine influenza is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by Type A influenza viruses.”

The CDC currently recommends the following precautionary measures:
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective.
  • Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
  • If you get sick, CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way.

4. Returns: Authorized returns must have an authorization number and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Authorized returns must be shipped PREPAID. Minimum restocking charge is $60.00. Expences for repacking of any damaged containers will also be deducted. Authorized returns must be received within 30 days or original shipment.
5. All single orders to a single destination within the continental United States of 150 cases or more will be shipped prepaid by the mill which reserves the right to pass any fuel surcharges on to the customer as well as delivery appointment fees on all orders including prepaid orders.
