Pricing:
All prices shown are for budget and are subject to change.
Shipment to NY, NJ or CT will have State Sales Tax added to
the final invoice.
Ordering
Information: Standard order value is $2,000.00 per
order. Orders from $1,000.00 to $1,999.99 will be processed;
however a 10% handling charge will be assessed. All products
must be ordered in full carton quantities. Add-on orders are

Cancellation
and Modification: (a) Cancellation.
3M will inform buyer of cancellation charges for non-standard
(custom) products upon receipt of written notice of cancellation.
Order cancellation charges may be up to 100% of order price
depending on the status of the order at the time of cancellation,
whether or not product has been shipped by 3M or received
by buyer. (b) Acceleration/Delay.
3M will use its commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate
buyer's request to accelerate or delay delivery. Acceleration
or delay is subject to premium charges which will be determined
at the time of the buyer's request.
Freight:
Orders $2,000.00 to $3,999.99 are FOB Levittown, Long Island,, NY with freight
charges prepaid via lowest cost routing destination within
the continental limits of the United States and added to the
invoice. Orders of $2,000.00 to $3,999.99 may be shipped directly
from the mill to end users with a 10% surcharge added to the
standard listed pricing exclusive of shipping, which will
also be added to the invoice.
Prices
for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico available on request. Except
for Static Control Permanent Flooring Products, orders of
$4,000.00 or more are FOB Levittown, Long Island,, NY with freight charges
prepaid and allowed via lowest cost routing to destination
within the contiguous United States. Orders of $4,000.00 or
more may be shipped directly from the mill to end users with
a 10% surcharge added to the standard listed pricing with
shipping charges to any commercial address in the Continental
United States allowed.
All orders
for Static Control Permanent Flooring Products are FOB point
of shipment with freight charges prepaid and added to invoice.
Delivery:
Standard Products will be shipped within one (1) week after
receipt of order. Deliveries of special order items vary with
the items and with the quantities. Permanent flooring products
(i.e. tile and adhesives) normal delivery is one (1) week
after receipt of order for standard items that can be shipped
from inventory. For items not in inventory, normal delivery
lead-time is 4 to six weeks after receipt of order.
Return
Policy: No Product returns will be accepted without
prior approval from 3M. 3M may, at its sole discretion, grant
or withhold return approval based on type of product and customization
or product. Custom and special products can not be returned
to 3M.
Liability:
3M's and The Mat King's Liability arising out of or related
to the products and services provided by 3M shall not exceed
the purchase price paid for the products and services. In
no even shall 3M nor its distributor The Mat King be liable
for costs of procurement of substitute goods. In no even shall
3M nor its distributor The Mat King be liable for any special
consequential, indirect or incidental damages arising in any
way from the purchase of these products and services including
damages based on contract, negligence, warranty, strict liability,
statute, common law or otherwise, whether or not 3M has been
advised of the possibility of such damage. |
