All pictures will become the property of The Mat King and may be included on this or similar web pages or other printed or electronic publications. Source credit will be noted with the inclusion of a signed statement by the sender or their agent acknowledging and warranting the full and complete ownership of the photograph by them and granting unlimited use of same by The Mat King its agents, employees or assignees.

Photographs displaying people must be accompanied by written releases signed by the people in the photographs or their parent or guardian granting full and unlimited use of the photographic images of those persons to The Mat King.

This invitation is not to be construed as a commitment or promise by The Mat King, its agents, employees or assignees to publish or use any photograph shared or supplied by any person or persons or any organization on this web page or this site or in any other electronic or printed publication.

Any photograph displayed without appropriate permissions will have been displayed unintentionally and will be removed from the site as soon as possible after receiving a written request to do so by the rightful owner or owners of the photograph, or the owner or owners of the subject of the photograph through regular mail or hand delivered to The Mat King at the address below.
