The Process - To

Pin Dot Ribbed Mats
have a superior
wearing surface as a result of special acrylic coating. Distinctive
bi-level pin dot construction provides mufti-directional scraping
action. Traps dirt in recessed areas hiding it from sight.
Extremely coarse fibers scrape dirt and debris from shoes.
Solution dyed to prevent fading. Easy to clean. Dries quickly.

Vinyl Backed Cocoa Mats
is
made from fibers spun from the almost indestructible outer
husk of the coconut which are imbedded and fused into a durable
vinyl backing. The cocoa fibers quickly clean grit and moisture
from shoes, which protects expensive interior carpet and flooring.
It dries rapidly, will not mildew or rot. After the matting
has experienced considerable use, washing it with a mild soap
and water solution and thoroughly drying it will improve its
appearance. It is available in Natural Tan and can be electrostaticly
flocked with Nylon fibers to create elegant designs. Vinyl
Backed Cocoa Mat Doormats are provided with square cut edges.
