All mats are guaranteed for one year from date of shipment against
manufacturing defects provided our recommended maintenance procedures
are followed (i.e., reasonable care and cleaning). Products
with longer guarantees are noted separately. Claims involving
defective merchandise are subject to our inspection and approval.
Claims must be made in writing within twelve months, listing
date of purchase. If, after our examination, the product proves
to be defective, we will repair or replace the product at our
option at no charge. Freight charges will be assumed by The
Mat King. Our liability is limited to replacement of such defective
merchandise. |
Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be
notified of increased pricing prior to being billed. There is
a minimum order charge of $10.00 net on orders totaling $25.00
net or less.
Product Suitability - Ever effort has been made to accurately
describe our products to define their general use. Determination
of the suitability of any product and any application contemplated
by the customer, is the sole responsibility of the customer
or user. In the event of improper product selection by the customer,
The Mat King makes no warranty or guarantee of results to be
obtained since use and application by the customer are beyond
our control. If any doubt as to the suitability of a particular
product application arises, please contact our sales department.
User accepts the responsibility of removing from service any
product that becomes worn, "worn-out", unusable or
defective in such a way as to make the product a potential safety
hazard. We are not liable for damages in excess of the purchase
price of the product. |
Returns - Every effort will be made to accommodate
requests to return merchandise. After return authorization is
granted, merchandise must be sent freight prepaid. A restocking
charge of 30% will be made on all standard stock items. Authorization
to return merchandise is valid for 60 days. PERSONALIZATION, SPECIAL
SIZE, SPECIAL RUN, SPECIAL COLOR OR CUSTOM-MADE MATERIALS ARE
NOT RETURNABLE.
Damaged Shipments - any item damaged in transit is the responsibility
of the carrier. Claims for damaged or short shipments must be
filed at once by the customer with the carrier. Delay may cause
unnecessary loss to the customer. Though we will make every
effort to assist, responsibility for the material transfers
to the customer upon receipt of the shipment by the transportation
company. |
