Our Polyprene Thermoplastic Prestige Rubber Hinge
Roll Up Mat is more environmentally stable than vinyl hinge mats
- resisting ozone, heat, mildew, ultraviolet light and temperature
extremes. It remains flexible down to -71F and has been flex-tested
up to 3.4 million cycles with absolutely no breakdown. The exclusive
hinge design eliminates metal-to-metal noise and the mat configuration
causes water and dirt to run off quickly and easily. This quality-made
mat is available with the same frame options as the Prestige
Aluminum Hinge Mat.
Please Note: The maximum rail length in one
uninterrupted piece is 12'. Wider mats will be supplied in two
or more sections. It is preferable to locate the seams; i.e. where
mat sections come together, away from main traffic areas such
as directly between entrance doors.
