The minimum dimensions
for a cow mat or mattress can be determined by adding two inches
(2") per side to the width of each molded pocket or inner
cavity and by adding three inches (3") per side to the length
of the cavity.
The chart
below lists the available widths along the left margin in 1/2"
increments and the avaiable lengths along the top of the chart
also in 1/2" increments. Where the row meets the column is
one of three (3) style numbers:
MAA-7800,
which has a pocket or cavity size of 29" x 48" and,
therefore, has a minimum width of 36" and a minimum length
of 56";
MAA-7700,
which has a pocket or cavity size of 36" x 54" and,
therefore, has a minimum width of 43" and a minimum length
of 61-1/2";
MAA-7600,
which has a pocket or cavity size of 40" x 60" and,
therefore, minimum width of 47" and a minimum length of 67.5".
