Dundee Tiles come in several formulations:

Dundee Drain Matting with Large Holesf((1"x1" holes) for wet areas requiring free flowing drainage.

Dundee Solid Topped Comfort Matting for dry areas requiring shore footed traction, superior comfort and which will stand up to heavy loaded carts, furniture and the like.

Dundee Solid Topped Matting with Carpet Inserts for requirements calling for a softer look and feel.

Dundee Grit Topped Matting for situations that call for enhanced traction as well as superior anti-fatigue values and the ability to withstand heavy loads.

Dundee Freezer Matting for walk-in freezers or meat freezers.

Dundee Fire Retardant Matting for areas or applications that require compliance to unusually high flammability standards such as aboard ship.

       Suggested applications include: food freezers, oil rig platforms, motor assembly plants, refineries, food processing plants, engineering workshops, horse trailers, cowshed milking rooms, fruit packing sheds,  butcher shop freezers, hospital showers and wash rooms, trucks and loading docks, shower rooms, spas, patios, swimming pools, boats, ski resorts, locker rooms and sewage treatment facilities. The Solid Topped style can be provided with heavy duty polypropylene carpet matting inserts on the surface of each tile.

   Material: Recycled PVC and rubber with UV protection (rubber content only in black mats). Plasticized to a shore hardness of  67 to 80 shore A. Recycled rubber and ethylene.

       Guarantee: Five (5) years from date of purchase against faulty workmanship or faulty materials exclusive of damage through mistreatment, vandalism, normal wear and tear, excessive flooding or fire. Manufacturer will honor claims established as outlined above if notified in writing within ten (10) days of the occurrence of a claimable fault.

       Specification: Dundee Interlocking Mats have a safe fail height test on concrete of 23.5". Suitable for use in temperatures ranging from minus 30 degrees C (minus 22 degrees F) to plus 90 degrees C (184 degrees F). Mat size increases 030 degrees C (86 degrees F): 1/32" and from 050 degrees C (122 degrees F) degrees: 1/16.

       Notes:
1. Dimensions and weights are approximate. Packed 10 Tiles per box.

2. To calculate area:
a) Each 20" x 20" tile is 2.77 SF. 20"x20" = 400"/144" or 1 SF = 2.77 SF
b) Divide tile SF (2.77) into area SF example: 3'x8'=24SF. 24/2.77=8.6 tiles. Thus, order 9 tiles.

3. To calculate edge requirements:
a) Multiply dimension in feet by 12" example: 8' long x 12" = 96"
b) Divide result of total inches by inches per edge tile inches; 20" example: 96"/20"=4.8 edges; order 5 edges.

       Sizes:
Square Tile: 20"x 20" x1"
Edge Tile: 20"x 4"x 1"
Corner Tile: 24"x 4"x 1"

       Color Choices:  Black, Air Force Blue, Yellow, Orange, White, Grey, Bright Blue, Green, Stop Sign Red and Brick Red.

       Availability: Black is stocked others are production items. Carpeted units allow 7 to 8 weeks.
