Composition: Tough 'N' Easy Flooring is manufactured from a tough injection molded PVC compound.

Wear: Tough 'N' Easy Flooring has been tested by the Tetrapod method and after 3,000,000 cycles there was no visible change in surface texture.

Chemical Resistance: Tough 'N' Easy Flooring has a good resistance to most chemicals and has been specifically tested with 95% Ethanol, Tallow, Mineral Oil, Vegetable Oil, Hydrofluoric Acid and Sodium Hydroxide. Size: One (1) tile inclusive of the interlocking edges measures 19-5/8" x 19-5/8". When four tiles are configured in a two tile by two tile arrangement, i.e. as a square, they will measure 38-7/8" x 38-7/8". Thickness: 1/4" average. Coverage: 2.67 square feet per tile.

Weight: 4.63# / Tile.

Surface Pattern: Raised Disc or Textued.

Underside: Grid Pattern.

Color Choices: Black and Gray are stocked colors. Standard colors also include: Brown, Beige, Green, Blue, Yellow and Red. Custom colors are available on special order and in minimum quantities.

Installation: Tough 'N' Easy Flooring must be installed as per manufacturer's instruction.

Maintenance: Tough 'N' Easy Flooring resists oil and chemical attack and is rot proof, however it is wise to remove any spillage as soon as possible. General maintenance such as sweeping, damp mopping, or the use of a cylindrical scrubber combined vacuum machine for dry washing are recommended. An emulsion dressing may be used and one is available at $133.35 per gallon. Coverage is approximately 200 square feet per gallon and is rolled on to apply.

Beveled Safety Edging: Single-sided or double-sided edging is available for interfacing the material with surrounding flooring or to provide a beveled and finished edge. This material is available in Black or in Grey in rolls 1-3/8" x 200' or in cut rolls of whatever lengths are necessary. Price for the beveled safety eging is $2.25 per linear foot exclusive if shipping.

Custom Inlaid Designs and Logos: Tough 'n' Easy Flooring can be inlaid with corporate logos or decorative designs using the standard tile colors or with custom made colors, which would require certain minimum quantities. The designs or logos can be made to be "contained" within one tile or so as to involve multiple tile layouts. An example of a single inlaid tile can be seen below:
