Tuff Block Mats and Flooring are manufactured from recycled tire-derived rubber, all objectionable material is removed. The rubber is then revulcanized under heat and pressure to form a durable product. No fillers are added. The Tuff Block products are Water-Jet cut to precisely into their desired sizes and to create tightly interlocking pieces. Tuff Block engineers have the ability to use computer aided design (CAD ) to draw any desired size or shape piece to be processed with the Water-Jet for custom job requirement. Lab Technicians continually check Tuff Block products for consistency and look for ways to improve the product itself and the production methods. Specification tests are performed in accordance with appropriate ASTM standards, to ensure that Tuff Block products meet or exceed required quality, safety, and durability levels. Tuff Block mats are easy to install and virtually maintenance free can be trimmed with a utility knife or a coarse toothed jig saw.
