| It is molded into 60 durometer sheets from 100% recycled tire material with no added fillers and with all objectionable material, such as wire and fiber, completely removed. It is precision cut with computer-controlled water jets that completely eliminated gaps between mats. each system is made up of four pieces: a center block, a corner block and two border blocks. All blocks fit precisely together, stay square and will not run off line. Each block holds its shape and will not spread or creep, ensuring that the flooring will not curl or separate. If a piece is ever damaged, only that piece will have to be replaced, rather than the entire floor as is found in other interlocking floors. |

Bevel-edge border pieces
are available for doorways or for partial floor coverage. Installation
is accomplished in most situations with a razor knife and a straight
edge. For complete floor coverage, order one additional inch of flooring
for each seam. Tuff-Block flooring is virtually maintenance-free since
the material is absolutely non-absorbent and will not harbor or promote
bacterial growth. |

low diamond surface pattern is easier to clean than deeper more complex
patterns. Clean-up is simple with a mop and soap water. Thickness: 3/8",
1/2", 3/4". Solid Color: black available in all thicknesses.
Speckled Colors: Green, Red, Blue or White available in either 3/8"
or 1/2" thickness only. |
