Four Score Elevator Pads
Custom Made Elevator Protector Padding

    Four Score Elevator Pads offer building owners and managers the best combination of quality, style selection and delivery turn around time available in elevator protection gear. Pads come in two different fabrics: Vinyl and Canvas and conform to Rule 204.2 for passanger car enclosures and all pplicable United States, Canadian and General Service Administration safety codes. All Four Score Elevator Pads are flame retardant per ASTM E84, MVSS302, UND.LAB. Standard UL94 CAN3-B44-M85 and NFPA 701.

Four Score Vinyl Elevator Pads are a thick rugged quilted padding providing superior cushioning and protection  and a choice of nine standards colors. Soap and water or standard cleansing agents can remove most dirt and grime.

Four Score Canvas Elevator Pads are quilted padding, equally thick and perhaps a smidge more rugged than the vinyl pads,  are offered in a choice of four standards colors. Please Note: Canvas pads are not washable.

All full range of hooks and studs in brass, aluminum, stainless steel and coated styles in many shapes and designs are available to fit most any elevator décor and layout.

Four Score Canvas Elevator Pads can be personalized in several ways: (1) Military-Style Stencil usually applied to the back of the pads to aid in storage, to clearly identify which pads belong to which elevator car and to act as a pad theft deterrent. (2) Printed on a vinyl banner material or on a section of Four Score Canvas Elevator Pad fabric before it has been quilted, i.e. without stitching, and then sewn as a unit on all four sides of the fabric section directly to the completed elevator pads. (3) Embroidered to an appropriate fabric, which is then sewn directly to the completed elevator pads. As an example: most often the ceilings of elevators are left unprotected even though there are situations where light fixtures and ceiling finishes may be subject to being damaged when the cab is used for unusually shaped items. Architects, Designers or Building Facility Managers can request custom solutions by identifying the available means of support for ceiling pads such as may be located in the corners, at the top of the walls or on the ceiling itself, along with drawings locating the sizes and shapes of the ceiling lighting fixtures for each elevator car.

Glass ceilings can be protected with the use of padding specially equipped with tabs that will accept the hook end of Product Number 8011-301-1000, which is Suction Cup Hook for Glass Cabs. Provide drawing indicating where tabs are needed and we will quote accordingly.
